The final Knowledge Bowl meet of the three subregional meets took place on Thursday, March 10. The top six teams that will advance to the Regional meet are: Foley, Albany, Eden Valley ñ Watkins ñ Teams 1 & 2, Braham and Rush City.
The March 10 meet consisted of 19 teams in the Small School Size Division.
These teams will compete against the top six from the other two subregionals on Thursday, March 17 for the chance to advance to the State Knowledge Bowl meet.
Those teams are:
Midsize Schools: St. Johnís Prep ñ Teams 1 & 2, Rocori, Rogers, Becker, Sartell.
Large Schools: Buffalo ñ Teams 1 & 2, Apollo, Tech, Monticello and Cambridge.
Five teams advance to state from the Central Minnesota Region. The state event is April 19 & 20 at Cragunís in Brainerd.
Knowledge Bowl is an academic program sponsored and coordinated by the Minnesota Service Cooperatives throughout Minnesota.
