The dreariness of an overcast March day was brightened with the spotting of five Great Gray Owls during a car trip east of Hinckley last Saturday. Keeping oneís eyes open, the large birds are not hard to find. The owls have come down from Canada in search of food. They have been spotted in Post Review land also, especially along the St. Croix River.
