TO THE EDITOR:

At the town meeting, Joe Lynch (the City Administrator) made it clear that we do not need to build affordable housing to attract industry to North Branch.

He stated that well over 750 local people applied for jobs at Andersen Windows.
The workforce for local industry is already here.

Thank you, Mr. Lynch, for explaining this so convincingly.

Now perhaps we can lay to rest this nonsense about needing to build new ìaffordable housing.î

No doubt the three council members who once voted for the ESSBY housing will be changing their minds. How could they not?
