There will be a potluck and meeting of the East Central Progressives on Thursday, Oct. 20, at 6:30 p.m. Featured guest is Christian Sande, a DFL candidate running for Minnesota Secretary of State in the 2006 election. Sande is a lawyer specializing in election law.

The meeting will be held in the conference room of the History Center at 805 W. Forest Ave., Mora.Ý(from Hwy. 65, turn West onto Union St., which is the main street, go to Bean Ave. and turn left, following it to the end of the street, which dead-ends into the History Center.Ý)

Everyone is welcome to attend. Bring your friends and food to be shared.
