At last yearís Parmlyís Centennial event, Mary Cordts, executive director, announced the launching of their Centennial Endowment Campaign with a goal of raising $1 million. Thanks to the generosity of many individuals, the Endowment fund has hit the $800,000 mark.
With the $1 million milestone so close, they are going ìpublicî to seek the support of the community to help put them over the top. Funds from the Centennial Endowment Fund will provide support for programs that cannot be totally supported by resident fees, operating grants or Medicare.
Donations can be in the form of cash, securities (stocks, bond, annuities, etc), real and personal property, insurance policies, an estate/will or trust. Anyone can contribute including businesses or individuals.
