A new draft of an ordinance regulating ATV use in the city of North Branch will be ready for review by the city council on Sept. 12.
Following that meeting, public comments will be accepted by city staff and be reviewed at a work session on Sept. 21, 6 p.m.
The issue is expected to be at the top of the agenda that night.
The council will review the public comments (written) but no oral public comments will be allowed at the work session. However, the council may address questions to members of the audience who will then be allowed to respond.
