TO THE EDITOR:

I reread Mr. Walzís letter and I never read anything about him dishonoring our soldiers in Iraq or anywhere else. And if Mr. Walz did dishonor our soldiers ñ point the paragraph and/or sentence for me.

The only thing I can see that Mr. Walz was saying is that the president went to war with Iraq for what reason. Remember we went to war with Iraq because of Sept. 11, 2001, then the reason was WMD (weapons of mass destruction), then to free the Iraqi people, and then to setup a democratic country in the Middle East. Which one is? About the comment about impeachment is his opinion which I understand since we tried to impeach a president for a private act and not an act that involved the whole country and even worse death.

Show me where Sadam was involved in having the airplanes fly into the towers of New York City and the Pentagon. As far as I know that bin Laden and his followers gets (and should get) all the credit for those acts. So, I think the president put most of our soldiers in the wrong country.
