Forest Lake Times
A Stacy man, Chance R. Holt, 19, was killed early Sunday morning in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 35 in Lino Lakes, just west of its border with Hugo.

Holt was the driver of a vehicle that was struck by a vehicle heading north in a southbound lane on Interstate 35E near County Road 14. That vehicle was driven by Michael J. Packer, 46, of Cottage Grove. He was also killed.

Matthew M. Kalsness, 18, of Forest Lake, was a passenger in Holt's car and was injured.
