Casey Allen Hoops lost his battle with a rare form of cancer on April 14, 2006 at 5 1/2 months old at home in Shafer, Minn. Casey was born on Oct. 30, 2005 in Wyoming, Minn.

He is survived by parents: Terry and Michelle Hoops; grandparents Steven and Gail Fonnest, Sally Fonnest, Fred and Marlys Hoops and Bonita Hoops; uncles and aunts Steven Fonnest II, Heath and Janell Fonnest, David and Debbie Hoops, William and Connie Hoops, Todd Hoops, Lisa Switzer, Troy Behnke; 12 cousins; great-grandmothers Genevive Hoops and Myrl Alar; many wonderful friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday evening, April 18, at 7 p.m. at the Grandstrand Funeral Home, 6850 Main Street in North Branch, Minn.Visitation one hour before services.
