Most of us have heard the story of Mark and Susan Anderson, who were seriously injured on May 27, 2006 in a cabin explosion. Both Mark and his daughter Susan have undergone six surgeries, to this point.

During their recovery they will face years of surgeries, medical procedures and extensive rehabilitation. Not to mention lots of medical expenses.

You can help by stopping by with aluminum cans on Saturday, Aug. 19, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you canít make it, please call to make arrangements to have your aluminum picked up. All proceeds will be donated to: Mark and Susan Anderson Recovery Fund at Lake State Federal Credit Union.

Cash donations are also welcome and can be dropped off at the credit union.
