Tracy Heinze, owner of Footworks Ballroom Dance, is now offering ballroom dance lessons in Cambridge, Isanti, North Branch, Forest Lake and surrounding areas. Heinze holds a B.A. in dance from the College of St. Teresa, Winona, Minn. She has been dancing for 25 years and teaching for 20 years. Recently, she became NETA certified in Group Exercise/Cardio Dance.

According to Heinze, learning waltz, swing, salsa or one of the many other dances is a form of gentle exercise and an affordable recreational activity. Footworks Ballroom Dance believes that offering ballroom lessons provides a valuable service to the community. Everyone is welcome and a partner is not necessary. Fall class schedules will be available soon.
