The community is invited to come out for ìRise and Shineî on Sunday, Aug. 20, at Hosanna Church in Forest Lake.

There will be a 5K start at 8 a.m. with a Kids 1K at 8:45 a.m. Following the race will be music, food and activities for all ages.

You can pick up a registration form at Hosanna located three and one-half miles east of Forest Lake on Hwy. 97, or you can register online at www.active.com/>www.myvira.com and click on register for race and enter ìRise and Shine.î Cost is $15 for adults and $10 for kids before Aug. 13. Register before Aug. 6 and your name will go into a drawing for $20.

With your registration you will receive a t-shirt and prizes are also available for placing in the race. Proceeds from the race will help with the Student Ministries of Hosanna Church.
