Andrew Dale Carlson, 17, of North Branch, Minn., died on Dec. 5, 2006 at his home from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Andy was born on April 30, 1989 in Forest Lake, Minn., to Mitchell Carlson and Penny Pliscott. Andy was a senior at Chisago Lakes High School. Andy enjoyed hunting, fishing, ATV and go cart racing.

He was preceded in death by great-grandparents Clifford and Verna Carlson, Burdette and Lillian Olson, Edward and Ruth Pliscott and Edmund and Agnus Weimer.

Andrew is survived by parents Mitchell Carlson and Penny Pliscott; two brothers James and Phillip Bartholomew; grandparents Ray and Betty Pliscott and Dale and Joyce Carlson; many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 11, 2006 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Chisago City, Minn., with Rev. Mike Peterson officiating.
