Adults who want to learn to swim or to refresh and improve their swimming skills are encouraged to sign up for the ìTake the Plunge - Adult Swimming Lessonsî being offered by Cambridge-Isanti Community Education. Lessons will run from Monday, March 6 - April 10 from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Cambridge-Isanti High School pool, 430 N.W. 8th Ave. in Cambridge.

Certified Water Safety Instructors Joan Stock and Jennifer Olson will teach the class for six sessions. Both have many years of swimming instruction experience.

They will review your current skills and help you to learn at a new pace. No prior swimming experience is needed in order to take this class.

Pre-registration is required at least three days prior to the first session. You can register by VISA or MasterCard by calling the Cambridge-Isanti Community Education Office at (763) 689-6189 and pressing 1, or stop by the office at 305 7th Lane N.E. in Cambridge.
