Loving, caring mother, grandmother and great grandma. She was preceded in death by husband, Louis; sisters, Signe Carr and Elsie Nelson; and Ruth Hoff, who passed away 2 hours & 45 minutes later.

Gunhild is survived by children James (Mary Jane) Burnette, Susan (Michael) Basel, Thomas Burnette, Linda (Dave) Dreon; grandchildren, James (Erin) and Jason Burnette, Gina (George) Makris, Ashley Basel; great-grandchildren, Casey and Aldan; brother, Karl (Kathryn) Nelson.

Memorials preferred to St. Paulís Lutheran Church.
