Conference designed to inform small business owners of ìneed to knowî items

Several state and federal agencies are sponsoring an ìEmployers Conferenceî in Minneapolis on January 19 at the University of St. Thomas.

The conference brings together a panel of state and federal experts to discuss a variety of regulatory requirements and changes, ranging from fair labor standards and medical leave to workplace safety and payroll issues to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The conference is ideal for small business owners, small business advisers and economic development professionals.
