Dorothy Caroline Taylor, age 93 of North Branch, Minn., died on July 1, 2006 at her home in North Branch.

Dorothy was born on Jan. 26, 1923 in Minneapolis, Minn. to Arthur and Inga (Ronning) Ostlund. She married Stanley Besta and Raymond Taylor.

Dorothy enjoyed fishing, sewing for her family and dancing to old time music.

She is survived by five children: Rona Bradshaw, Carol Dickison, Susan Basham, Michael Besta and Jeffrey Besta, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held on July 7, 2006 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in North Branch with Rev. Loren Mellum officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
