Northbound I-35 restrictions, closures planned for July 24, 25, between North Branch and Stacy

Location:
Northbound Interstate 35 at Chisago County Road 17 between North Branch and Stacy.
Schedule:
Northbound Interstate 35 will be restricted to a single lane between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. tonight, July 24 and Tomorrow night, July 25. Motorists may also encounter periodic 15 minute full closures of the interstate.
Project information:
Construction crews will set beams for the east span of the new Chisago County Road 17 bridge between North Branch and Stacy. A new diamond interchange and four-lane bridge is being constructed by Chisago County. It is expected to be open to traffic by late November of 2006.
NOTE: In case of inclement weather, work will be delayed until the following day. Tuesday's forecast is calling for heavy rain.
