Lois (Nordstrom) Pierson, age 74, of Cambridge, Minn. formerly of Rush City and Minneapolis, died March 11, 2006.

She was preceded in death by parents, Doris and Milton Nordstrom.

Lois is survived by beloved husband of 35 years, Roger; daughters: Carolyn Benepe, Susan Benepe, and Mary (Dennis) Benepe-Sytsma; eight grandchildren: Ryan, Jamie, Benjamin, Halli, Lauren,
Trapper, Alexandra and Garrett; sister, Sally Nordstrom Sarff; nephews: Kent, Grant, Gregg; beloved relatives and friends.

She was a graduate of North High School in 1949, attended Gustavus College and graduated from Macalester College.

Lois will be remembered as a teacher, singer, and for her infectious optimism that deeply touched all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, family prefers memorials to Fairview Hospice Music Therapy Program, 110 6th Ave. S., Princeton, MN 55371.

Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, at Olivet Methodist Church, 3620 43rd Ave. N., Robbinsdale.
