Class can make you a gourmet cook
Hereís your chance to impress your family and friends. Join personal chef, Dawn Larson, owner of Laughing Salmon as she shares the secrets of Seafood, Wraps and Rolls and creating yummy Breakfasts - all for beginners!
If you enjoy eating seafood, and depending upon availability, Dawn will cover cooking shellfish, ocean fish steaks and filets. You will learn the secrets of New Orleans BBQ shrimp and how to create an elegant seafood soup incorporating a mix of mussels, clams, salmon and scallops. You wonít want to miss this class on March 17.
On April 4, youíll learn the trick of turning ìjust about anythingî into a savory or sweet treat by using egg roll and won ton wrappers, puff pastry and more. From entrees to desserts - youíll be equipped to make fun delights for those upcoming parties.
Who says breakfast isnít great for any meal? Laughing Salmon chef will have you giggling on April 27 over the new crepes, omelets, popovers and more that youíll create for those upcoming brunches.
