Culinary chef and author, Klaus Mitterhauser, will present a gingerbread program in the Community Room at the North Branch Area Library on Saturday, March 11, at 10:30 a.m.

His program includes the story telling of the gingerbread saga, a DVD on how to make gingerbread (Lebkuchen), an interactive forum on how technique and taste is linked to good cooking, and tasting of gingerbread samples.

Mitterhauser has written a book called ìMitterhauserís Culinary Escapades from Around the World.î

Autographed copies may be purchased from the author.
