The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Countryside Senior Apartments and Community Center in Rush City had to be held inside due to heavy mist Monday afternoon. Still there were plenty of smiles as the official opening of the complex became a reality. Ribbon cutters included (l to r) Chisago County Administrator John Moosey, Chisago County EDA-HRA board president Jim Ertz, Chisago County EDA-HRA director Chris Eng, Rush City Mayor Mike Skalsky, Chisago County commissioners Mike Robinson and Lynn Schultz.
