Proud library supporter

TO THE EDITOR:

We are in the second month of a new year and nothing has changed at the county board. The auditor report of irregularities in per diem documentation, problems with implementation of the program in HHS dept, and the never ending problem with Commissioner Gustafson's base ball program, should be corrected and you need to move on with other problems facing the county.

Make this a new year, Mike, and quit beating that dead horse (library issue).

Yes, Lora Walker supported the libraries.

Yes, we recently honored Lora Walker at the North Branch library for her hard work. It was a beautiful day packed full of library supporters.

Pick a library and walk in - check out a book and please Mike, let it go.

If Chisago County has one redeeming factor, it is that we care, and it shows, in our libraries. After reading your "glass house" letter I immediately wrote a letter in retaliation. I changed my mind and  decided to try a different more positive approach.

Let's change the board meetings from a three ring circus to a professional business meeting. The taxpayers deserve it and you will feel better.

A proud library supporter.
