TO THE EDITOR:

In a world where everyone is a victim, I would like to thank the DNR for protecting me. I would like to thank them for stopping me on a snowmobile on West Rush Lake at 1:10 p.m. on 2/17/07 for my own protection. I would also like to thank them for stopping me at 1:16 p.m on 2/17/07 on East Rush Lake for my own protection. I would like to thank them for the harassment. Thank you for your arrogance. Thank you for not posting any speed limit signs. Thank you for hiding behind that island. Thank you for reminding me to spend my sportsman dollars in Wisconsin and the U.P. of Michigan. Thank you for "Teaching me a lesson." You all could take a few lessons in public relations from retired Conservation Officer Joe Pung, who was firm, courteous, and respectful during his daily teachings and enforcement of the DNR's rules and regulations.
