TO THE EDITOR:

Aside from the unconstitutionality of a smoking ban (a right does not infringe another person's right) no person is forced to frequent a bar or restaurant. If a person does not want to be exposed to smoking, do not go to an establishment that allows smoking, or open your own smoke-free establishment.
