Meeting for parents dealing with developmental disabilities

Are you the parent/care-giver or guardian of a child or adult with developmental disabilities? Do you want to have a better understanding of the social service system and the process for applying for programs, guidelines for eligibility and your rights?
Arc Central Minnesota and Pine County Interagency Early Childhood Services Committee are sponsoring a meeting that will help parents become more effective in advocating for needed services, Tues., Jan. 16, from 6:30 to 9 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 825 Golf Ave., SW., Pine City.
The presentation and information will be provided by the Mn. Disability Law Center, Minnesota's Protection and Advocacy agency for persons with disabilities.
