The Rush City Lions celebrated their 35th anniversary Oct. 14, 2006 at the Rush City Fire Hall. District Governor Al Zimmerman presented Lion Dave Schroeder with a diamond pin in recognition of his term as president of Rush City Lions which saw a substantial increase in membership.
At right: The fun began when Rock Creek Lions presented Rush City Lions with a "gift" of one of their members (Lion Rudy Youngbauer). Rush City Lion President Jim Yanta was the surprised recipient.
