Kids 11 and under are invited to attend a Dress Like a Clown Contest July 21 at 2:30 p.m. at Central Park in North Branch

The winners will receive free tickets for his or her parents to the Aug. 3 Carson and Barnes Circus coming to North Branch.

All participants will be awarded a special certificate, and if they arrive at the circus in costume with their clown certificate, they get in free and will have their names announced at center ring during each show.

The Carson and Barnes Circus is scheduled to run from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the North Branch Middle School and is sponsored by the North Branch Rotary Club.
