The 55th Annual Midsummer Parade was held on Saturday, June 16. It left city hall parking lot at 11 am. Cub Scout troop #141 led the parade carrying the American Flag. John Trenda of North Branch drove his 1970 Chevy truck carrying King Noah Adams and Queen Aliah Williams. Noah is the son of Brent and Stacy Adams of North Branch. Aliah is the daughter of James and Becky Williams of Esko, Minn.  Noah and Aliah are the great-grandchildren of Dale and Elaine Pierce of North Branch. Dale was a veteran of the Korean War. Judges for the Kiddie Parade judges were the new 2007 Midsummer Royalty Queen - Stephanie Saxe, Princess Kayleah Johnson, and Princess Samantha Gorsuch.

Winners in the Wheels category were Madison Miller, Mitchell Olson and Claire Grube. Winners in the Walking Category were Joey Parsons, Evan Latham, Jadyn, Adams, and Mckenna Miller.

The Midsummer Kiddie Parade is sponsored by the VFW and the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post # 6424 of North Branch. A grand time was had by all who participated in the parade or watched along the parade route.
