Marilyn Beavens, 73, of North Branch died from complications of a stroke on Sunday June 17, 2007.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday June 21, 2007 at Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch.

A graveside service will follow the visitation at Sunrise Cemetery.

Marilyn was born on November 8, 1933 in Sunrise and attended North Branch High School. She was united in marriage to William Beavens on March 12, 1955.

She was a homemaker and especially loved her gardening.

Marilyn is survived by her husband Bill; son Mark; two daughters, Renae (Ed) Pedersen and Kristi (Dave) Steele; sister Candy (Mike) Leininger; two sisters-in-law Venus Alvin and Anne Olson; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert and infant daughter.

A lunch is to follow at Sunrise Bible Church, Sunrise, Minn.
