Representatives of Chisago County and North Branch were on hand June 26 for a ceremonial ribbon cutting to open the new county Health and Human Services (HHS) building in North Branch. County Commissioner Lynn Schultz said the opening was "a long time coming" and commended HHS staff for existing in tight quarters in Center City until now. The new facility is scheduled to open to the public on July 9.
