Lots to do this holiday weekend

North Branch
Abundant Life Church in North Branch has an evening of fun planned for your entire family on July 4.
The event begins at 5 p.m. at Central Park and includes extreme games for kids of all ages, a children's stage with fun-packed entertainment, the country store and food.
New in 2007 is the "America's Got Talent: North Branch edition." Finalists will perform starting at 8:40 p.m. and the crowd will pick the winner. The grand prize winner will receive a $100 cash prize. For registration, call (651) 674-7531.
The evening will conclude with a fireworks extravaganza at 10 p.m.
Rush City
The Rush City Jaycee's Independence Day Celebration will be held on Saturday, June 30, at the Chisago County Fairgrounds.
This year's event includes a pancake breakfast and flea/farmers market from 8 - 11 a.m., a tractor pull at 10 a.m., and a kids parade at 11 a.m.
There will be a pig roast starting at 11:30 a.m. and continuing until the food runs out, and Bingo from noon to 3 p.m.
The event will wind down with live music from "Duh Beaters" from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. and a demolition derby at 7 p.m., before the show wraps up with fireworks and a final performance from "Duh Beaters."

Cambridge
Fireworks in Cambridge will be held at nightfall (about 9:30 p.m.) on July 4, at the Isanti County Fairgrounds, located east of Cambridge on Highway 95.
Braham
Fireworks in Braham will be held at dusk on July 4, near the school grounds and Elmhurst Avenue South.
Isanti
Fireworks will be held on both Friday, July 6, and Saturday, July 7, dusk, after the rodeo at the rodeo grounds in Isanti.
