Members of the Carlson family of North Branch had different ideas about what to do on a warm March Saturday.

Four of the kids (and dad) worked on this 12-foot snowman while their oldest sister, Alley, left, took in some sun with her friend Lauren.

At last update the snowman was listing a bit and shrinking.
