Celebrate Earth Day in Cambridge on April 21

Bring the whole family to a celebration of Earth Day at the Cambridge campus of Anoka-Ramsey Community College on Saturday, April 21 from 10 a.m.- 1 p.m.
There will be indoor and outdoor activities throughout the morning. Enjoy live music, booths with environment-related themes, free seedlings and plants, bird walks, and smoothie-making for kids.
The main speaker is veteran meteorologist Craig Edwards. Edwards has worked for the National Weather Service and is called upon to give expert weather information for CNN, the Weather Channel, ABC and CBS evening news, the New York Times, and USA today. He is currently a meteorologist for Minnesota Public Radio.
Here's the schedule:
10 a.m. -- 1 p.m. Booths on rain gardens, organic foods, local growers, prairie restoration, energy efficiency, composting and more
10:15 -- 10:45 Bird Walk
10:15 -- 10:45 Crow Walk (yes, a crow walk)
10:30 -- 11 a.m. Live music
11a.m.-- noon "What's Happening to the Weather?" talk by Craig Edwards
noon -- 1p.m. Live music
