YSB needs lots of votes
Do you think that Lakes Area Youth Service Bureau is providing an important service in our communities? Area residents have an easy on-line opportunity to send a vote of confidence about YSB's programs and improve the agency's chances for a cash award of $5,000 ... maybe $100,000!
ReZoom.com is sponsoring the "A Better World Awards Program." Lakes Area Youth Service Bureau has been nominated for this award.
The winner in each of 20 Regions within the United States will be awarded $5,000. Lakes Area Youth Service Bureau is in the North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota Region.
Voting for Regional Nominees began at midnight (ET) on March 1, and ends at noon (ET) on March 31. Anyone is eligible to vote by going to www.rezoom.com/abetterworld/ and following the instructions for casting votes.
One (1) vote per e-mail address per day is allowed.
About YSB's nomination, staff member Pam Trudeau commented, "We're up against both large and small organizations in our region, but I believe that a strong base of daily votes for YSB can strengthen our chances of gaining the recognition and the $5,000!"
Each of the 20 Regional award winners will be eligible for the National Award and a prize of $100,000.
