Feeling sick? North Branch's Terry Bjelland may just be what the doctor ordered.
Starting this month, Bjelland, owner of See Your Health, will begin offering health seminars on how the body heals itself.
His first seminar is scheduled for Nov. 17 at Abundant Life Church in North Branch.
Bjelland said his seminars last three to four hours and consist of a Powerpoint presentation followed by questions and answers.
"I feel I can really help a lot of people," he said of his seminars.
Through the use of microscopy, or the study of live blood under a microscope, people can learn a lot about their health, Bjelland said.
After experiencing personal health problems and in his family, Bjelland became a student of how the body heals itself.
He started by attending a mini-health seminar in Lindstrom offered by a local chiropractor and followed it with a trip to California for a week-long seminar by Dr. Robert O'Young, a leader in the field of alternative medicine.
He is confident enough in his presentation he quit working full-time as a truck driver to pursue his new passion.
Bjelland has done mini-seminars for family and friends the last year, but this month his seminars have transformed into a business.
It cost $25 for two people to attend one of Bjelland's seminars.
