Chisago Lakes Achievement Center will hold its 6th presentation in a series on student transition called "Partnerships" on Saturday, Oct. 27 , 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Sunrise River Elementary School in North Branch.

Who should attend? Parents of students with disabilities, students, case managers, teachers, principals, guardians, conservators, city councilors, city administrators, mayors, county commissioners, etc.
