North Branch Area Chamber invites people of all ages to join them for the 12th Annual Winter Fest.
Kick off the festivities on Saturday, Feb. 4 by taking the “plunge” with North Branch Rotary’s Polar Plunge on Fish Lake in Harris.
Registration and check-in starts at 11 a.m. with the plunging at noon.
For those interested in motorcycles, attend Motorcycle U, hosted by North Branch Cycle, at Cool Beanz Coffee & Tan.
Topics include: Responsible Riders, Performance 101, Customizing Your Bike and Motorcycle Travel.
For warmer winter fun, stop by JJ’s Bowl & Lounge for Lake State Federal Credit Union’s SnoBowl on Wednesday, Feb. 8.
North Branch Area Community Education will host Many Flags of North Branch – Celebrate Our Heritage on Friday, Feb. 10 at the Sunrise River Elementary School from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
On Saturday, Feb. 11 kick start the day with a brisk run on the Sunrise Prairie Trail at 10:30 a.m. at the “Freeze Your Bunz” 5K Fun Run & Walk hosted by Viking Blue Line Club.
Or bring your old sled to display at JJ’s Bowl & Lounge and join the North Branch Sno-Drifter’s and Sno-Baron’s Snowmobile Club’s Vintage Snowmobile Expo and Ride starting at 10 a.m.
Trophies will be awarded at 1:15 p.m. with the ride taking place directly after.
On Sunday start your day with an omelet at the S.A.L. Omelet Breakfast held at the American Legion Post #85 from 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
