What does an 11-year-old boy from Rush City do when school is out for the day and there’s no hockey practice? Why, he goes ice fishing of course. Ethan White, left, caught this 6 lb. 28-inch northern while fishing with his grandpa Wes Gilbey on Friday, Jan. 20 on East Rush Lake. He caught the fish using a tip-up with help from friend Jacob Scherer, also pictured.
