NBAHS students of the month
9th Grade
David Scholl
Not only has David been working hard in class all year, he always completes his homework, frequently asks questions in class, constantly is engaged in our discussions, and helps out his peers. David provides a great example to his classmates through his work ethic and models behavior that others should follow. David was nominated by Mr. Brouwer.
10th Grade
Heather Roman
Heather Roman is a sophomore student who truly demonstrates how to be a scholar. She diligently does her homework and asks very meaningful questions in class in order to understand new material. This not only helps her learn, but the whole class gains from her inspiration.
Heather is also a very giving and warm person. She treats all students and staff with respect and friendliness. North Branch Area High School is proud to include Heather Roman as a Student of the Month. Heather was nominated by Ms. Bettendorf.
11th Grade
Mikayla Hensch
Mikayla Hensch is a hard working student who has been outstanding in Chemistry, College Algebra & Trig this year. In chemistry she always is prepared, advanced in assignments and excels in the tests.
Her inquiry and drive make her a great chemistry student. In math, she participates in discussions and asks good questions developing higher problem solving skills. Congrats and keep up the good work. Mikayla was nominated by Mr. Moberg and Mr. Rink.
12th Grade
Branden Heidelberger
The science department would like to name Branden Heidelberger as student of the month. Branden has worked extremely hard in his science classes earning him on of the highest grades in his physics class. His work ethic and dedication to class work makes Branden a shining example for other students.
He has taken it upon himself to put the time in to understand materials presented in class. He also is a strong leader in class, helping those around him who do not understand the class content. Thank you Branden for your hard work and great attitude. Congratulations. Branden was nominated by Mr. Brusky.
