Ambassadors enjoy Winter Carnival events
Their weekend included touring the Landmark center, ice skating, bowling, a talent show, coronation, formal dinners and walking in the Grand Day parade on Saturday.
They also got a chance to get to know the royal family and visit with them. The Vulcans visited and posed for pictures as they enjoyed lunch on Saturday afternoon. Many buttons collected and many new friends made at the Coolest Celebration on earth!
The Ambassadors also participated in the NB Rotary Plunge at Fish Lake in conjunction with North Branch’s Winter Fest and judged Vintage snowmobiles for the Queens choice award.
The Ambassador program will be kicking off its 2012-2013 program this spring and will be taking candidate applications, watch for details.
The Midsummer Ambassador program is sponsored by American Legion Post 85, the Ambassadors sponsors are Dairy Queen, Cool Beanz coffee and Fairview Lakes.
