Coach on admin leave
Tony Aho, physical education teacher and wrestling coach at North Branch Area High School, has been on paid administrative leave from both his teaching and coaching position pending the results of an investigation which concluded Tuesday, Feb. 21.
Aho was expected to return to work today, Wednesday, Feb. 22.
Pat Tepoorten, district Community Relations Coordinator/Grant Writer, noted Tuesday that data privacy prevents the school district from providing further information at this time.
District Activities Coordinator Brett Carlson provided the same information on Friday, Feb. 17.
