NB Girls Basketball – Win Section Quarterfinal
The # 3 section seeded North Branch girls basketball team hosted and defeated #6 seed Duluth Denfeld 54-48 in the Section 7AAA Quarterfinals Thursday, March 1. The team ended its regular season seventh in the North Suburban Conference with a 6-10 conference and now has a 16-11 overall record. The Vikings will travel to compete against #2 section seed Grand Rapids in the section semifinals at 7 p.m. Friday, March 2. The Section 7AAA Championship game will take place at Duluth Denfeld High School at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 8.
