North Star Theater Company presents ‘Homesteading the Land – Between The Northern Pines’

The second musical in the Pioneer Spirit Trilogy written and directed by Pierre Jacques Pleau will be performed this weekend.

The pioneers traveled down the wagon trail “Beneath the Big Blue Sky.”

Now it is time for them to realize their dreams by homesteading the land…

During the first planting season, to meet challenges and overcome obstacles,

friends and neighbors come together to lend each other a helping hand.

This musical features 15 youths ages 9-15 from North Branch, Stacy, Harris, Rush City and& Pine City and Grantsburg, Wis.

The production is set for Friday, March 23 & Saturday, March 24, 6:30 p.m. (general seating – doors open at 6 p.m.) at NBAHS Edelstein Auditorium, 38175 Grand Ave, North Branch.

Tickets are $7/adults & $5/ages 12 & under.
