First-time home buyers workshop offered April 16 in Cambridge
A Home Stretch workshop, offered by Central Minnesota Housing Partnership, will be held in Cambridge, Monday, April 16, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at the Minnco Credit Union Center.
Registration is required, participants will receive a completion certificate at the end of the day.
First-time homebuyers benefit by learning about qualifying for a mortgage, financing a home, budget and credit issues, real estate, the closing process, basic home maintenance and afordable mortgage products available to first-time buyers.
