Robotics camp offered this summer

FIRST Robotics Team 3038 representing North Branch and Chisago Lakes Area School Districts will be having a summer camp from Monday, June 18- Thursday, June 21, at the North Branch Area High School.  The camp is open to students from both school districts entering grades 9-12 in the 2012-2013 school year.  Camp will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day.

At the camp, students will design, build, program, and compete against other robots built during camp.  There is also an advanced track for more experienced team members who will re-design the 2012 robot to get it ready for the State Fair competition and work with pneumatics.

Not interested in only building a robot?  Sessions will also be held on marketing, website design, and animation.

For more information about the camp, contact Scott Frischmon (sfrischmon@north branch.k12.mn.us), Becky Leuer (bleuer@northbranch.k12.mn.us) or information can be picked up at the Activities Office at both schools.
