Bill Miller re-elected chairman of ECRDC Revolving Loan Fund Board
Bill Miller has recently been re-elected chairman of the East Central Regional Development Commission (ECRDC) Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Board of Directors.
The ECRDC RLF provides gap financing to small businesses in Isanti, Pine, Kanabec, Chisago and Mille Lacs counties.
Miller was appointed to the RLF Board in 2008 and is vice president of Associated Bank in North Branch and Woodbury. He brings 27 years of industry experience to the RLF and serves on the North Branch Economic Development Advisory Committee, the North Branch Area Chamber and the Stillwater Sunrise Rotary.
A board member and coach for the Stillwater Lacrosse Association, Miller also is the vice president of the Stillwater Ponies Touchdown Club. He is currently in his third term on the city council for the city of Marine on St. Croix, where he lives.
The ECRDC is a public agency whose board members are represented by officials appointed by county boards, townships, municipalities, school boards and citizens at large from Chisago, Mille Lacs, Pine, Isanti and Kanabec counties.
