There weren’t any tulips to tiptoe through June 9, but Wild River State Park volunteer Rubin Stenseng was able to find an ample amount of other flora during a wildflower walk. He showed the colorful plants to a group of park goers who showed up for the park’s Seegwan Annual Spring Celebration and Open House. A few deer were even spotted near a prairie strewn with flowers. The Wildflower Walk was just one of many activities outdoor aficionados took part during the day.
