Concerts in the Park continue
Concerts in the Park: a Hometown Celebration, are held Thursday evenings in Central Park, North Branch. It starts at 6:45 p.m. with Story Time, where a guest readers highlights a favorite selection while parents and children follow along, a free book for the first 50 families. These concerts are smoke- and alcohol-free and concessions are available.
North Branch Farmers’ Market
North Branch Farmers’ Market is open Saturdays July through October, 8 a.m. to noon. The North Branch Farmers’ Market is located at the Lake State Federal Credit Union parking lot on 8th ave & Main St. Call 651-674-7624 for more information.
Last weekend for Fiddler

Tour the Birthplace

Concert with Pat Schonhardt
A performer with wide versatility will be at North Country Coffee at the North Branch Outlets on Thursday, July 26, at 6 p.m. Pat Schonhardt of Braham, will sing and play his guitar. The concert is sponsored by We R Able. A meal served by North Country Coffee, begins the evening at 5 p.m. Pre-registration is required by July 19 to obtain a meal count. Juggling duo at Rush City library
Come to the Rush City Public Library Wednesday, Aug. 1 at 1 p.m. where the comedy juggling duo, In Capable Hands, performs. They will also be at the Chisago Lakes Area Library on Thursday, Aug. 2 at 3:30 p.m.
2012 Braham Pie Day set for Aug. 3
Braham, the “Homemade Pie Capital of Minnesota,” will hold its one-day pie festival Friday, Aug. 3 in Freedom Park. Isanti church hosts Polka Mass Aug. 5
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church of Isanti will host a Polka Mass Sunday, Aug. 5, at 10:30 a.m. featuring the Singing Slovenes, who will also perform later during the event. The 18th annual Seton Fest will include a pork dinner, games for all ages, outdoor grilling, a raffle, silent auction, bingo and country store. The church is located in Isanti on county roads 5 and 23.
VBS One Day Camp at Living Branch church
Put on the full armor of God! Ephesians 6:11. Saturday, Aug 11, from 9 a.m. until 5:30 pm, one day only vacation Bible school. Come and enjoy lessons, skits, crafts, and games. Lunch will be served.
