Apples of their eyes (slideshow)
Just about anything apple based – and other fruitful fares, too – could be found at Apple Fest in Almelund Sunday. Attendees sampled such delicious dishes as apple butter, fresh-baked apple pie, Swedish sausage and an assortment of jams.
Non-edible goods like lawn ornaments, alpaca yarn and homemade jewelry were also on display for people to buy. Photos by Derrick Knutson
